Drafting assignment and licence agreements
Drafts assignments or licences of IP rights, and records the contract with the authority where the law requires it.
The difference is that an assignment sells the right outright while a licence only permits use. For industrial property rights, an assignment takes effect only once recorded — the detail most often missed in home-made deals.
