Circular 263/2016/TT-BTC on industrial property fees and charges

The base schedule for every industrial property procedure: filing charge, examination, search, publication, registry entry, grant charge, and maintenance/renewal fees. Since 1 July 2025 the fees are collected at 50% of these rates.
