# Circular 64/2025/TT-BTC reducing and waiving certain fees to support businesses and citizens

Halves the industrial property fees in Section A of the schedule attached to Circular 263/2016/TT-BTC, from 1 July 2025 through 31 December 2026. This is why 2026 price lists are lower than the figures printed in Circular 263.
